Did you ask him why it took 3 days to get the communication from him?<br /><br />I think it is critical to be as open and transparent as possible. Let him know your feelings and try to get an explanation from him. My guess is that it was an honest mistake.<br /><br />I agree with the above. Not all eBay sellers are out to scam you. I would give him the benefit of the doubt.<br /><br />As for feedback, I definitely don't think he deserves a negative.
