CRAZY CARDS - 2005-06 Hot Prospects Red /100 + THE GOALIE PROJECT - Rob McVicar (Part 1)

Nice to get back to my blogging after a few busy days. Today I'm gonna showcase three 2005-06 Hot Prospect Red cards, one of which will continue my Goalie project quest. Two of the players have played only 1 NHL game. So, can't be anything to right home about. But the other card has a 800+ gamer on it, let's take a look.

Brendan Morrison

First of all, I'm always a fan of the Vintage uniform. Second, I'm always a fan of a card numbered to /100. Card design is exactly the same as the base cards, except it's red. Isn't that special? (In case you couldn't notice it, that's sarcasm).

Prestin Ryan

Ryan appeared in 1 NHL game with the Canucks, in which he tallied up a total of 5 goals! Just kidding, he got 2 PM's. But that would have been very impressive. Can't say he's much of a "Prized" Prospect, but one likes to dream. Next...

2005-06 Hot Prospect Red /100

Rob McVicar

Here is where the Goalie project comes into play. Rob played 1 NHL game that lasted 3 minutes! That has to be some sort of record. I mean his career in the NHL lasted 180 seconds. Of course, I've never played in the NHL so who am I to judge. Since he's only played 1 game this means there is only one card to collect for this player (no card in other teams jersey). Rob McVicar - CHECK!
